Beginning as a modest enterprise named "Nutan Sanitation" in 1964 at his tender age of 18 years, he labored and nourished the spectacular growth and phenomenal success of the conglomerate.

A respected name in the industry and one of the founding members of IPA (Indian Plumbing Association). Second-generation entrepreneur carrying the baton handed over to him by his father Late Shri Vrajlal P. Bhimani. Has the vision, courage, and tenacity to go beyond boundaries, executing challenging jobs in offshore countries like Afghanistan, Guyana, Ghana, Gambia, etc. Under his guidance, the company graduated from plumbing/firefighting to Total MEP Projects across India and abroad.

Distinguished professional with a strong track record in engineering and real estate advisory. As FIE and MRICS, he brings exceptional technical expertise and strategic insight. Formerly headed North Region for Shapoorji Pallonji and has worked in Afghanistan, Iraq, Thailand, and Singapore.

Accomplished leader playing a key role in driving organizational success and operational excellence. Known for his results-oriented approach and strong leadership. Served 15+ years in various capacities such as Project Director and Task Force Leader for L&T – Reliance MOU.

Over 39 years of experience in PHE & FF work with an exemplary track record of leading teams effectively to achieve targets efficiently. Rich experience in Planning, design, execution and successful handover of High Rise Residential and Commercial Towers, 5 Star Hotels, Malls, Townships, IT Parks, and Industrial projects.

Over 37 years experience in Project Management of High Voltage Substations, Building Construction & MEP Projects. Responsibilities cover overall project management, review of Design/Drawings/BOQ, Value Engineering, consultant/architect coordination, estimation, costing, equipment selection, and electrical/PHE site execution.

25 years of rich experience in MEP projects, technical support, execution, testing & commissioning, electromechanical equipment and personnel management. Joined Shree Khodiyar in 2017. Prior experience includes Kirloskar Group Pune, ETA Group Dubai, Shapoorji Pallonji New Delhi, and AJM Kooheji Group Bahrain.

25 years of experience in MEP projects across Residential, Commercial & Industrial fields. Expert in project management, site execution, commissioning and timely handover. Believes strongly in FTR (First Time Right) work to save cost and time.

Over 21 years of rich experience in MEP execution, planning, billing, and building maintenance across Delhi NCR. Held leadership roles in D.S. Gupta Constructions, Blue Star Ltd., Tulip Infratech, Supertech, Gaursons India, and Ahluwalia Contracts. Currently leading the Infosys Limited project.

Over 10 years of comprehensive experience in MEP construction projects, including 7 years of Gulf/overseas exposure. Combines strong site execution knowledge with effective project coordination, adeptly leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
